- Between 21 – 15 days: 50% cancellation of the total advance payment.
- Between 14 – 08 days: 75% cancellation of the total advance payment.
- Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation of the total advance payment.
- No shows & early departures: 100% cancellation of the total advance payment.
